These Terms govern your use of Reaver (reaver.ink). By using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Reaver is
Reaver is a tool that reads your résumé or your profession and shows you job openings that fit your profile, sourced from public job boards. The Pro version also rewrites your résumé to a professional standard. Reaver is a technology intermediary: we are not an employment agency or employer, and we do not take part in hiring processes.
2. No guarantee of employment or results
Reaver helps you find and apply to jobs, but does NOT guarantee that you will get a job, interviews or replies. Listings come from third parties and may be outdated, closed or contain errors; we do not control their content or accuracy. Always verify each listing at its original source before applying or sharing data.
3. Free and Pro versions
Searching for jobs is free. Reaver Pro is a one-time payment of approx. USD 5 (charged in local currency via Mercado Pago) granting 48 hours of access to extra features: more openings per search and AI improvement of your résumé, with PDF and Word download. Pro is not a subscription: it does not renew or charge you again automatically.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago; we do not see or store your card details. Since Pro is a digital product delivered instantly (you receive a code on payment), we do not offer refunds once the code is delivered, unless a technical failure prevents you from using the service. In that case, contact us and we will fix it. None of this limits any consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Reaver for personal, lawful purposes. You may not: use bots or scripts to automate requests; try to bypass usage limits or the Pro access gate; resell or redistribute the service; or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to limit or block access in case of abuse.
6. Your content
The résumé or information you provide remains yours. You grant us permission solely to process it in the moment and provide the service (search jobs and, in Pro, improve your résumé), as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We do not store it or use it for other purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Reaver brand, the site, its design and code belong to its creator. The outputs you generate for yourself (your improved résumé, your job list) are for your personal use.
8. Third-party links
Reaver links to listings hosted on external sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites. Once you leave Reaver, the terms of the site you visit apply.
9. Limitation of liability
Reaver is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability or of being error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost job opportunities, decisions made based on the information shown, or the content of third-party listings.
10. Changes to the service and Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. That said, if you use the service from another country, you keep the non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
